At Sora Gems, we understand that purchasing fine gemstones requires trust, security, and peace of mind. Because our gems are rare and valuable, we take extraordinary care to ensure your order is handled with the highest level of security and reaches you safely, quickly, and discreetly.
Order Processing Time

Verification & Packaging: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Each gemstone undergoes a final quality check, is securely packed in tamper-evident packaging, and is paired with its original laboratory reports and certificates before being dispatched.

Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will begin processing the following business day.
Security & Delivery Requirements
Because of the high value of loose gemstones, we enforce strict security protocols during transit:

Fully Insured: Every shipment from Sora Gems is 100% fully insured during transit until it reaches your doorstep.

Signature Required: All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local secure facility.

Discreet Packaging: To protect your purchase from theft, our outer shipping boxes are entirely discreet. There is no mention of "gems," "jewelry," or "luxuries" on the outside of the package.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been securely packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will be able to track your package’s journey in real-time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or does not arrive at all:

Do not accept the package if it shows obvious signs of being opened or heavily damaged.

Contact our support team immediately at soragems1@gmail.com within 24 hours of the scheduled or actual delivery time.

Retain all original packaging materials if the package was accepted, as this is required to file an insurance claim.
